Circuit Breaker Analyzer & Timer 型號:CAT 100 Series

    CAT100 系列可以記錄:

    • 最多可同時對6 個主接點(每相 2 個斷口)的開關動作時間測量,還包括預插入電阻(如果斷路器中存在)和 4 個輔助觸點。
    • 測量預插入電阻(如果斷路器中存在)的電阻值。
    • 同時測量兩個線圈電流(跳閘和合閘)。
    • 最多可測量四個類比訊號(變電站所內電壓、馬達電壓或任何其它類型的類比訊號)。
    • 測量斷路器運動機件的位移、接觸摩擦、超程、回彈、阻尼時間和平均速度。

    測試結果以表格和圖形形式列印在 58 mm(2.28  英寸)熱感式列表機(選購配件)上。

  • The CAT100 Series inherited all capabilities and experience collected from the market-leading CAT Standard Series.
    Each CAT100 Series device (3 or 6 timing channels) can be supplied with an internal battery power supply that enables up to 8 hours of operation.
    CAT100 introduces a unique touchscreen interface designed to significantly save the time required for test preparation and results analysis of all types of medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers. The graphical and numerical results can be analyzed using the standalone CAT100 device via the intuitive 7” color touch-screen display.
    The CAT100 Series can record:
    • Simultaneous timing measurement of up to 6 main contacts (2 breaks per phase) including pre-insertion resistors (if present in the circuit breaker) and four auxiliary contacts.
    • Resistance measurement of the pre-insertion resistors (if present in the circuit breaker).
    • Simultaneous measurement of two coil currents (Trip & Close).
    • Measurement of up to four analog signals (substation battery, motor voltage, or any other type of analog signal).
    • Measurement of displacement, contact wipe, over-travel, rebound, damping time, and average velocity of the breaker’s moving parts.
    Test results are printed on the 58 mm (2.28 inch) thermal printer (optional accessory) in tabular and graphical form.
