    GreaSens® GS3000是2019年新發售的一種用於油脂狀態的即時線上監測系統。它的出現重新定義了脂類產品的使用方式。通過檢測電導率及介電常數的細微變化,即時監控設備所用油脂的狀態、潤滑及磨損條件、並預測設備可能發生的早期損壞及故障趨勢,在發生任何損傷之前就對油脂及軸承、齒輪傳動系統的變化進行嚴密且不間斷的監測。專利的溫度補償技術給電導率及介電常數的精確測量提供保障。

    油脂即時監控系統提高了設備運行穩定性、延長了設備壽命並減少了停機時間。業主根據實際需要調整換油週期,實現經濟和生產效率的大幅提高。

  • GreaSens ® Gs3000 is a new on-line monitoring system for oil condition, which will be put on sale in 2019. It redefines the use of lipid products. By detecting the subtle changes of conductivity and dielectric constant, the state of grease, lubrication and wear conditions of equipment are monitored in real time, and the possible early damage and fault trend of equipment are predicted. Before any damage occurs, the changes of grease, bearing and gear transmission system are closely and continuously monitored. The patented temperature compensation technology guarantees the accurate measurement of conductivity and dielectric constant.

    The oil real-time monitoring system improves the stability of the equipment, prolongs the service life of the equipment and reduces the downtime. The owner adjusts the oil change cycle according to the actual needs, so as to greatly improve the economy and production efficiency.
