DUD 偵測 —— 全新功能一覽
符合 FDA 規範的衛生設計
所有 INDEC 組件皆符合衛生設計原則與 FDA 指引。外殼採用不鏽鋼材質,並具備 IP69K 防護等級,可安心使用高壓清洗設備進行清潔。
雷射輪廓感測器
透過輪廓式雷射感測器,可在存在真空的情況下,可靠量測所有常見封口形式,不受材質、顏色與表面結構影響。其100 mm 的大工作距離,通常可在更換配方時無需重新調整感測器。
Y 型支撐腳
即使在輸送帶高速運行時,Y 型支撐腳仍可確保 INDEC VD 400 穩定、無振動地定位。這可維持恆定且最佳的量測距離,進而提升量測精度與製程安全性。
除水用可變式扇形噴嘴
可變式扇形噴嘴能在量測前,可靠地清除容器表面的水氣或水滴,確保真空檢測準確且不受干擾。其噴嘴角度可調,能彈性因應不同容器尺寸與生產條件。
以距離確保安全
200 mm 的最佳量測距離可有效避免感測器與容器之間的碰撞。並容忍容器的尺寸偏差、輸送軌道偏移以及輸送帶震動,不影響量測。


全新產線式真空檢測軟體
為 INDEC VD 400 封口控制系統所開發的全新電腦軟體,讓真空檢測的控制與評估更加便利且高效。該軟體作為集中式平台,用於顯示、管理與追蹤所有受測產品。直覺式使用者介面,方便使用者存取、搜尋與編輯既有配方。所有配方資料可透過整合式瀏覽區快速取得。產線顯示可即時呈現當前生產狀態。透過圖表、表格與統計數據(如設備使用壽命、剔除率、生產量),使用者可隨時掌握製程品質的完整概況。
現代化的操作概念設計兼顧清晰度與功能性。可自訂的快速啟動列與功能選單,直接存取常用功能,並以圖示化導覽。中央統計區清楚顯示量測數據,趨勢或異常一目了然。狀態列即時顯示配方名稱、使用者與系統狀態。
結合中央資料擷取、分析與多系統遠端監控功能,使檢測軟體成為持續生產的品質保證與製程優化的理想工具。

Innovative DUD Detector for every lid
With the new INDEC VD 400 DUD Detector, we are presenting the successor to our proven INDEC VD 100 vacuum testing system. With state-of-the-art laser technology, the 400 sets new standards: The sensor delivers reliable results regardless of the material, color, or surface of the lid—even with matte lids. Thanks to requirement-oriented accessory solutions, the VD 400 offers maximum flexibility and ease of use.

DUD Detection - New features at a glance
FDA-compliant hygienic design
All INDEC assemblies meet the requirements for hygienic design and FDA guidelines. The housings are made of stainless steel and designed with IP69K protection. This means that high-pressure cleaners can be used without any problems.
Laser profile sensor
With the help of a profile sensor, all common closures can be reliably measured with a vacuum, regardless of material, color, and surface structure. The large working range of 100 mm usually allows recipe changes without readjusting the sensor head.
Y-support foot
Even during rapid conveyor movements, the Y-support foot ensures stable and vibration-free positioning of the INDEC VD 400. This ensures a constant, optimal measuring distance, which improves the accuracy of the measurements and the safety of the process.
Variable fan nozzle for water removal
The variable fan nozzle for water removal reliably removes moisture or water droplets from the surfaces of the container prior to measurement, ensuring accurate and interference-free vacuum testing. Thanks to its adjustable alignment, it can be flexibly adapted to different container size and production conditions.
Safety through distance
The optimal measuring distance of 200 mm reliably prevents collisions between the sensor head and the container. Dimensional tolerances and track misalignment of the containers as well as vibrations of the conveyor belt are fully tolerated.


New software for inline vacuum testing
The new PC software for your INDEC VD 400 closure control makes controlling and evaluating your vacuum tests even more convenient and efficient. It serves as a central platform for displaying, managing, and tracking all measured products. An intuitive user interface allows users to conveniently access, search, and edit existing recipes. All recipe data records can be quickly accessed via the integrated browser area. The inline display of ongoing product measurements shows the current production status in real time. This gives the user a detailed overview of the quality of the processes at all times – using diagrams, tables, and statistics on service life, reject rate, or production output.
The modern operating concept combines clarity with functionality. A customizable quick start and menu bar provides direct access to frequently used functions, while icons facilitate navigation. Measurement data is clearly displayed in the central statistics area, making trends or deviations immediately apparent. In addition, the status bar provides continuous information about the recipe name, the user, or the system status.
The combination of central data acquisition, analysis, and remote monitoring of multiple measurement systems makes the software the ideal tool for quality assurance and process optimization in ongoing production. -
