高精度放大與量測單元
ARTES 500 具備高精度放大器、廣泛的量測輸入範圍,以及簡潔直觀的操作介面,是進行專業三相保護電驛測試的理想工具。
所有放大器輸出皆可在相位、振幅與頻率上分別且獨立設定,並配備過載與短路保護功能。

直立式操作設計

The ARTES 500 is the successor model to the ARTES 460. Now even more comfortable and with targeted improvements for precisely the requirements that count.
To avoid major damage and ensure reliable operation, the protection relay testing frequency should be carefully maintained according to industry guidelines.
ARTES 500 is the compact and universal solution for testing protection relays. With its built-in, enlarged control panel and low noise level, this robust test system is equally suitable for use on site and in the laboratory.
Relay testing for your testing requirements
High-accuracy amplifier and measuring units
With high-accuracy amplifiers, a wide range of measurement inputs and, last but not least, simple handling and operation, ARTES 500 is the ideal solution for professional 3-phase relay testing.
All amplifier outputs can be set separately and independently of one another as regards phase, amplitude and frequency and are equipped with overload and short-circuit protection.
The current amplifiers provide a maximum test current of 6 x 20 A. Parallel operation of the current outputs allows output of up to 3 x 40 A for 3-phase applications and up to 1x 60 A for 1-phasig applications.

Operation in an upright position
All connections and interfaces are located on the front panel. This means that the ARTES 500 protection relay tester can be operated in an upright position if there is not enough space or if no table is available.
LEDs for status indication
LEDs on the front panel indicate the states and operating modes of the inputs and outputs. The user can tell at a glance which outputs are active and can easily identify the states of the binary inputs and outputs.

Integrated TJCP operator interface
The internal TJCP operator interface is a special feature. Its high-resolution 5“ touch screen with smart touch technology enables many tests to be carried out quickly and easily without having to connect an external PC. The clear user interface guides the user intuitively through to complete the task in hand.
User actions carried out with the ergonomic jog wheel, such as amplitude, phase angle or frequency adjustments, are processed in real time and executed without delay.
An illuminated ring integrated in the jog wheel and additional acoustic signals indicate system status during settings and tests.

ARTES - Protection Relay test software
The ARTES 5 protection relay test software is a central component of all ARTES test systems and is included in the standard scope of delivery at no additional cost. It offers powerful functions that can be used uniformly for all testing systems in the ARTES product line, ensuring consistent and user-friendly operation.
With its intuitive interface, automated test parameter calculation and the ability to create individual test plans, the software simplifies even complex protection tests considerably.
Thanks to the integrated database structure, all settings and results are managed in a central location. Test reports can be generated automatically from the test results, the content and structure of which can be freely defined. -
Specifications Applications
Highly precise, portable measuring system for functional tests on various types of protection equipment. Four voltage and six current outputs allow three-phase tests on static and digital relays and on differential protection relays. Analog measurement inputs also make it possible to test and calibrate transducers. The device can be operated and controlled either with a PC and the ARTES testing software or alternatively by means of the built-in control panel equipped with a high-resolution, resistive 5" touch screen, function keys and a jog wheel.
Sources
All signals can be set separately and independently of one another as regards phase, amplitude and frequency. The output values of the current and voltage amplifiers are monitored by means of internal feedback measurements. If the output values do not agree with the setpoint values, a warning is issued to this effect. All outputs also have overload and short-circuit protection.

Complete system
All the connections required for linking up to the device under test can be found on the front panel of the device. The power supply, an Ethernet interface and a USB interface are also integrated in the front panel. This means that ARTES 600 can also be operated in an upright position.
