ARTES RC3 能輕鬆應對高度複雜的測試任務。它配備 3 組電壓輸出與 3 組電流輸出,以及內建控制面板,可在不連接外部電腦的情況下,對靜態與數位電驛進行三相測試。
緊湊、精確、多功能
高精度放大與量測單元
ARTES RC3 配備高精度放大器、廣泛的量測輸入範圍,並具備簡易操作特性,是專業三相保護電驛測試的理想選擇。
三組電壓與三組電流放大器的輸出在相位、振幅及頻率上皆可完全獨立設定,並具備過載與短路保護。電流放大器最高可輸出 3 × 16 A,若進行並聯操作,單相應用時可達 32 A。

內建 TJCP 操作介面
內建的 TJCP 操作介面是 ARTES RC3 的一項關鍵特色。其高解析度 5 吋觸控螢幕採用智慧觸控技術,能讓使用者在不連接外部電腦的情況下,快速且輕鬆地完成多種測試。
清晰的操作介面可直覺引導使用者完成任務。透過符合人體工學的旋鈕,可即時調整振幅、相位角或頻率,所有操作皆能實時反應、毫無延遲。旋鈕上的發光環指示燈及聲音提示可在設定與測試過程中即時顯示系統狀態。

LED 狀態指示
內部配置了具人體工學設計的控制面板,整合 TJCP 介面及所有連接端口,用以連接待測物。跟其他 ARTES 系列系統相同,RC3 的輸入與輸出狀態及運行模式皆透過控制面板上的多組 LED 指示燈顯示。使用者可一目了然地確認哪些輸出為啟動狀態,並清楚掌握二進制輸入與輸出端的狀況。

堅固、可靠、耐用
高精度測試技術結合堅固外殼
ARTES RC3 收納於輕便且極為堅固的防護硬殼箱中。箱體在緊閉時具備 IP67 防水、防塵等級,即使受到強烈衝擊也不會損壞,可有效保護內部精密電子元件。此外,箱蓋內設有電纜收納處,可容納隨附的完整電纜組。

在產品開發過程中,性價比、堅固性、可靠性與耐用性是首要考量。因此,ARTES RC3 特別適合嚴苛的戶外環境使用,例如再生能源現場測試。
針對此應用,裝置軟體新增了實用工具︰QU 模組專為現場操作設計,可全自動測試 Q–V 保護功能,無需外接電腦。此模組能快速、輕鬆完成測試,免去繁瑣的參數計算與設定,並在測試後自動生成清晰的測試報告。

The robust multi-functional relay test system
ARTES RC3 is the robust and universal solution for testing protection relays. Packed in a handy, extremely robust and resistant hard shell case, the versatile test system is also ideally suited for challenging outdoor use, for example in the sector of renewable energies.
ARTES RC3 makes light work of highly complex test tasks. 3 voltage and 3 current outputs and the built-in control panel allow three-phase tests on static and digital relays also without external PC.
Compact, precise and versatile
High-accuracy amplifier and measuring units
With high-accuracy amplifiers, a wide range of measurement inputs and, last but not least, simple handling and operation, ARTES RC3 is the ideal solution for professional 3-phase relay testing.
The outputs of the 3 voltage and 3 current amplifiers are completely independent with regard to phase, amplitude and frequency and have full overload and short-circuit protection. The current amplifiers provide a maximum test current of 3 x 16 A. Parallel operation of the current outputs allows output of up to 32 A for 1-phase applications.

Ergonomic, simple and fast
The integrated TJCP operator interface
The internal TJCP operator interface is a special feature. Its high-resolution 5“ touch screen with smart touch technology enables many tests to be carried out quickly and easily without having to connect an external PC.
The clear user interface guides the user intuitively to complete the task in hand. User actions carried out with the ergonomic jog wheel, such as amplitude, phase angle or frequency adjustments, are processed in real time and executed without delay. An illuminated ring integrated in the jog wheel also provides information on the current status of the system during settings and tests.

LEDs for status indication
The interior shows the ergonomic Control Panel with the TJCP interface and all connections for linking up to the device under test. As with all other testing systems in the ARTES family, the states and operating modes of the inputs and outputs of the new RC3 are indicated via numerous LEDs in the Control Panel. The user can tell at a glance which outputs are active and can easily identify the status of the binary inputs and outputs.

Robust, reliable and durable
Precision measurement technology in robust package
ARTES RC3 is housed in a handy extremely robust and resistant hard shell case. When closed, the IP67 water- and dust-proof case absorbs even hard impacts without damage and reliably protects the valuable electronics of the test system. And even the case lid provides a special feature. The cable compartment integrated in the case lid also offers sufficient space for the cable set included in the scope of delivery.

Applications in the renewable energy sector
In addition to an excellent price-performance ratio, robustness, reliability and longevity were top priorities during development. ARTES RC3 is therefore also ideally suited for sophisticated outdoor use, for example in the renewable energies sector.
Especially for this purpose, the device software was extended by a very helpful tool. The QU module also provides a solution for on-site operation with which the Q-V protection function can be checked fully automatically. Quickly and easily, completely without PC. Time-consuming calculations and settings of the test parameters are not necessary, and the results are clearly documented in a test report after the test.

Specifications Applications
Highly precise, portable measuring system for functional tests on various types of protection equipment. Three voltage and three current outputs allow three-phase tests on static and digital protection relays. The device can be operated and controlled either with a PC and the ARTES testing software or alternatively by means of the built-in control panel equipped with a high-resolution, resistive 5" touch screen, function keys and a jog wheel.
Sources
All signals can be set separately and independently of one another as regards phase, amplitude and frequency. The output quantities of the current and voltage amplifiers are monitored by means of internal feedback measurements. If the output values do not agree with the setpoint values, a warning is issued to this effect. All outputs also have overload and short-circuit protection.
