Designed to operate within a secure 10-foot container, the BDCS enables outdoor discharge operations, ensuring both safety and ease of use. It integrates DV Power’s BLU-C series battery load units, providing a reliable method to extract residual energy from battery packs as a critical step in the recycling process. 

    • Central Control System: Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), the BDCS coordinates inputs from multiple sensors—including thermal cameras, a gas detection sensor, and an emergency stop button—to ensure safe and efficient operation. Visual and audio alarms alert operators to any issues, and the system will halt discharge if necessary. 
    • User-Friendly Interface: Operators manage discharge parameters and monitor thermal data using a 15-inch industrial display. This interface provides easy access to settings and real-time feedback for optimized control of the discharge process. 
    • Advanced Safety Measures: The BDCS includes two thermal monitoring cameras and a gas detection sensor. If unsafe temperature levels are detected, the discharge process automatically stops, ensuring maximum safety for personnel and equipment. 
    • Ventilation System: Integrated ventilation dissipates heat generated during discharge, helping to maintain a stable environment and protect the batteries during the discharge process. 
    • Robust Mechanical Design: The system features a durable rack capable of holding two battery packs at a time, allowing simultaneous discharging and maximizing efficiency in high-demand environments.
