    基於安全原因,鋰電池系統的運輸要求電池放電至 30%。BLU-D 系列提供特殊放電模式,可將電池放電至客戶預設的電壓位準。

    BLU1000D、BLU1000DZ 及 BLU1350D 型號BLU-D 系列包含 3 種型號:BLU1000D、BLU1000DZ 和 BLU1350D。

    這三種型號均具備 BLU-C 系列的所有功能和選項,包括放電至 0 V。差異在於電池放電低於 5 V 時的表現:

    • BLU1000D 透過選擇最小電阻放電(電壓降低時電流隨之減小)。
    • BLU1000DZ 配備內建零電壓放電(ZVD)模組,可提供恆定電流放電(最高 50 A)直至電壓降至 0 V。

    BLU1000 是一款高倍率放電測試儀(最大放電電流 120 A,最大放電功率 15 kW),可在寬電壓範圍(125 – 1 020 V 直流)內提供最大放電功率,

    具體如下方電壓/電流曲線圖所示:

    BLU1350D 在寬電壓範圍(800 – 1 350 V 直流)內提供最大功率(40 kW)。最大放電電流(最高可達 100 A)與電池電壓的關係如圖所示:

    BLU-D 放電模式用戶可選擇以下四種放電模式之一:

    • 恒定電流
    • 恒定功率
    • 恒定電阻
    • 恒定電壓

    BLU-D 支援將放電電流設置為最高 120 A,解析度為 0.1 A。若需更高電流,可將最多 10 個 BLU-D 單元並聯連接。

    此外,可以透過用戶可選的放電曲線模擬不同的電池工作循環。

    電池放電測試可在不將電池與負載斷開的情況下進行,通過外部電流鉗測量總電池電流或負載電流。

    這樣,電池可在在線狀態下進行測試。容量測試儀與DV-B Win 軟體軟體相容。因此,用戶可查看關鍵參數的詳細數值和圖形展示,並生成多種格式的報告。

  • Battery Capacity Tester / Discharge Tester BLU-D Series is the latest DV Power solution for comprehensive battery capacity measurement and full battery discharge. This universal instrument is applicable to any battery string (lead-acid, lithium-ion, nickel-cadmium based or other) with voltages up to 1 350 V DC.

    BLU-D Series provides all options and features of BLU-C Series. Key test parameters can be monitored (graphically and numerically) on 7-inch touch screen display during the discharge process. The instrument also enables the measurement and monitoring of cell parameters (voltage/intercell voltage/temperature), which makes it a complete stand-alone discharge tester .

    Besides the battery discharge test, BLU-D Series can be used to discharge a battery, completely and efficiently, down to 0 V. Such total discharge is applied to Li cells at the end of their lifetime, as the initial step of the recycling process.     Transport of Li battery systems, due to safety reasons, requires batteries to be discharged down to 30%. BLU-D Series provides special discharge mode enabling batteries to be discharged to the customer predefined voltage level.

    BLU1000D, BLU1000DZ & BLU1350D Models

    BLU-D Series includes 3 models: BLU1000D,BLU1000DZ and BLU1350D.

    All three models are providing all features and options of the BLU-C Series, including discharge down to 0 V. The difference is related to the battery discharge below 5 V:

    • BLU1000D will discharge the battery by selecting minimum resistance (and current will decrease as the voltage decrease), and
    • BLU1000DZ, having built-in Zero Voltage Discharge (ZVD) module, can provide constant current discharge (up to 50 A) down to 0 V.

    BLU1000 is a high rate discharge tester (up to 120 A / up to 15 kW) providing maximum discharge power on wide battery voltage range (125 – 1 020 V DC), as presented on Voltage / Current diagram below:

    BLU1350D provides maximum power (40 kW) on wide voltage range (800 – 1 350 V DC). Maximum discharge currents (up to 100 A), in relation to the battery voltage, are presented on the graph below: 

    BLU-D Discharge modes

    A user can select one of four discharge modes:

    • Constant current
    • Constant power
    • Constant resistance
    • Constant voltage

    BLU-D enables setting the discharge current up to 120 A, with 0,1 A resolution. If higher currents are required, up to 10 x BLU-D units can be connected in parallel.

    Additionally, different battery duty cycles can be simulated using user-selectable discharge profiles.

    The battery discharge test can be carried out without disconnecting the battery from the load it supplies, by using external current clamp to measure the total battery current or the load current. This way batteries can be tested while they are online.

    The capacity tester is compatible with DV-B Win software. Therefore, the user can view detailed numerical and graphical presentations of key parameters and create reports in various formats.
