電池負載箱 BLU-T 系列

電池負載箱BLU-T是一款強大且輕便的解決方案，專為電信和無線通信設備備用電源的狀態評估而設計。該儀器可對鉛酸、鋰離子、鎳鎘等電池組進行電池容量測試。

它支持測試電壓範圍為0.9–70.5 V DC的電池組。作為特殊功能，BLU110T型號支持對單個鉛酸電池、鎳基電池以及鋰電池（電流最高可達100 A）進行容量測試。

此外，當與零電壓放電模組ZVD80配合使用時，BLU-T可實現電池放電至0 V（電流最高可達60 A），這是電池回收前所需的放電條件。

容量測試以準確、方便使用的方式進行。此外，該測試符合電池測試標準：IEEE 450-2010、IEEE 1188-2005、IEEE 1106-2015、IEC 60896-11/22 及其他相關標準。

BLU-T 電池負載箱可將放電電流設置為最高 350 A，解析度為 0.1 A。如果需要更高的電流，可將 BLU-T 設備並聯，或連接 BXL-T 附加負載設備。

該儀器具有高功率重量比。BLU-T 系列的型號從 12,8 kg / 28.2 lbs起，功率高達 19,2 kW。

使用者可選擇三種放電模式：恒電流、恒功率及恒阻抗。此外，使用者可透過選擇放電曲線來模擬不同的電池工作循環。

在容量測試過程中，可即時監測放電參數。5.7 英寸觸控顯示器在整個測試過程中顯示電池總電壓、放電電流、放電測試時間和容量。

此外，容量測試儀與  DV-B Win 軟體兼容。使用者可以查看關鍵參數的詳細數值和圖形顯示，並以多種格式創建報告。

測試可在不將電池從服務中斷開的情況下進行。

Battery load bank BLU-T is a powerful and lightweight solution designed for condition assessment of telecommunication and radio equipment backup supply. This instrument can perform the battery capacity test on battery strings such as Pb, Li-ion, Ni-Cd, and others. It tests battery strings with voltages in the range of 0,9 – 70,5 V DC. As a special feature, the BLU110T model enables capacity testing of single PB, Ni-based as well as Li cells (with current up to 100 A). Additionally, when combined with Zero Voltage Discharge Module ZVD80, BLU-T enables full battery discharge down to 0 V with up to 60 A, required before battery recycling.

The capacity test is conducted in an accurate, user-friendly way. Also, it is in accordance with battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.

BLU-T battery load bank enables setting the discharge current up to 350 A, with 0,1 A resolution. If higher currents are required, the BLU-T units can be connected in parallel, or BXL-T additional load units can be linked.

The instrument offers a high power-to-weight ratio. BLU-T series has models starting from 12,8 kg / 28.2 lbs and up to 19,2 kW of power.

A user can select one of three discharge modes: Constant current, Constant power, and Constant resistance. Additionally, different battery duty cycles can be simulated using user-selectable discharge profiles.

Discharge parameters can be monitored in real-time during the capacity test. A 5,7-inch touch screen shows overall battery voltage, discharge current, discharge test time, and capacity during the entire test. Also, the capacity tester is compatible with DV-B Win software. A user can view a detailed numerical and graphical presentation of key parameters, and create reports in various formats.

Testing can be carried out without disconnecting the battery from the service.
