電解槽

本款流體電化學電堆由 20 組單電池組成，每組單電池皆具備 608 cm² 的有效反應面積；每組半電池的電極區域尺寸為 320 x 190 x 3.5 mm。電堆主體結構由絕緣鋁合金端板、銅質集電板、平面雙極板，以及帶有接頭的流道框組合而成。本電堆出廠時已完成整體組裝，並隨附碳氈電極與離子交換膜，可立即投入運作。

Flow electrolyser with active area of 608 cm² and fluorinated components. Electrode zone 320 × 190 × 3.5 mm per half-cell. The cell is composed of insulated aluminium end plates, copper current collectors, and PVDF flow frames with fittings. Anode side comprises titanium sheet and mesh covered with a mixture of metal oxides (Ir, Ta), and plastic turbulizer. Cathode side comprises graphite-polymer bipolar plate. The cell is disassembled; corresponding bolts and nuts, five sets of fluoro-rubber sealings, and one extra turbulizer are included. Felt electrode for the cathode side, as well as membrane, is not included.
