System Control Module

System Control Module 01 (SCM-01) is designed for system control of small electrochemical laboratory units which are meant to test, confirm proof of concept or use of small-scale electrochemical methods for fast results. SCM-01 supports differential measurement of voltage up to 150 V, 24 V DC pump control with analogue signal of 0-5 V (can be customized), flow measurement by current loop 4-20 mA with power source of 24 V DC, pressure measurement by current loop 4-20 mA powered by 24 V DC, additional differential voltage sensing with range of -5 V to +5 V, eSTOP digital input with sink logic, Multi-digital connector with 3 inputs and outputs each pair led separately, solo digital input and output for additional control of single devices, and lastly resistance temperature probe channels. SCM-01 can be controlled online by software developed by Pinflow energy storage, or offline through human-machine-interface of SCM-01, which displays the actual state. Software can be tailored to unique needs of anyone.
